All Digital Product Sales Are Final

By purchasing any digital product from Priscilla Bearden Photography, you understand and agree that it is delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once your purchase is complete because digital products cannot be returned.

This refund policy applies to all digital products, including preset packs, guides, PDFs, templates, digital downloads, videos, tutorials, courses, educational resources, bundles, and any other electronically delivered product.

A Note About Presets

Presets are editing tools designed to help enhance your images and create a more consistent editing style. They are not guaranteed to work as a one-click solution on every photo. Results may vary depending on lighting, exposure, white balance, camera settings, skin tones, location, editing software, and the overall quality of the original image.

Adjustments May Be Needed

Adjustments may be needed after applying a preset. This is a normal part of the editing process and does not qualify a purchase for a refund.

Please Check Software and Format Before Purchasing

Your purchase may include preset files, guides, templates, video tutorials, course access, or other digital resources. Please make sure you have the required software, apps, accounts, file formats, or programs needed to use the product before checking out. For presets, please make sure you have Lightroom and are purchasing the correct preset format before completing your purchase.

File Access Help

If you experience any issues accessing your files, download links, course materials, or purchased resources, please reach out and I will be happy to help. Access support is available, but it does not change the final sale nature of the purchase.
